Full refunds will be issued up to 2 weeks prior to the conference.  So, if you cancel on or before Friday July 8, you receive a full refund.
If you cancel on or between July 9 and July 21st, a $100 cancellation fee will be withheld.
No refund will be given if cancelling on or after July 22nd.
