The Six Sigma Green Belt course presents an overview of the key concepts for the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification exam given by the American Society for Quality.  This course explores process & team management, operational metrics, and key tools and techniques to achieve process excellence. Students will be expected to have a basic understanding and knowledge of Six Sigma processes, as well as statistics, project and process management, and Lean Six Sigma.
