Dr. Conni M. Mansaw is the Owner / CEO of CM Consulting and Development Services, a leadership training organization dedicated to empowering individuals, teams, and organizations through customized training, dynamic events, and impactful keynote speaking. Dr. Conni brings expertise in fostering workplace excellence, cultivating strong teams, and driving organizational success. Her work is deeply rooted in practical leadership strategies, ensuring every training session is informative and transformative.
Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Dr. Conni is deeply dedicated to her community. She is a proud wife, mother, and active leader in her community, where she serves in various capacities that she supports, including Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, St. Mark United Methodist Church, Junior League of Wichita-sustainer, mentor, and workshop presenter for The Thread: A Women’s Leadership Collective, and mentor for a host of young women in the Wichita community. Her commitment extends to board service for several organizations, including the Past Board Member American Cancer Society, the Kansas Birth Equity Network, and Sistah’s Can We Talk. Dr. Conni is a proud first-gen who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geronotology from Wichita State University and a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership and Development from Newman University, and obtained her Doctorate in Business Administration also from Newman University.
