Suzy Finn has more than 20 years of experience working with businesses and nonprofits of all sizes, with expertise in graphic design, digital accessibility, strategic planning, volunteer management, program leadership, marketing and communications. Starting out as a graphic designer at Corporate Executive Board (now a Gartner Company), she has also worked at family-owned retail, in higher education, in K-12 education, and in nonprofit membership and program management.

After earning her BA in Public Relations with a minor in Graphic Design at Marquette University, Suzy earned her MBA from Wichita State University with electives concentrated in HR and Entrepreneurship.

Suzy has served the nonprofit community in Wichita through board membership with Music Theatre Wichita, the Wichita Art Museum, Arts Partners Wichita, the Greater Wichita YMCA Community Development Branch, MARK Arts and the Barton School of Business Dean’s Alumni Advisory Board. She is sought for her expertise in marketing, governance, and nominations.

She was honored by the Wichita Business Journal with the Women Who Lead in Major Companies award in 2024 and 40 Under 40  in 2014 and by W/Young Professionals with multiple awards spanning 2011-2022. A lifelong learner, she has participated in leadership development programs including YPW Leadership Academy (2013), Advance Kansas and KLC’s You Lead Now (2015), and Leadership Wichita (2023).

Suzy and her husband Benjamin live in Wichita with their adopted dog Sweet Caroline.
