Dr. Graham uses the book “First Break All the Rules” by Marcus Buckingham & Curt Coffman. This book will be handed out the first day of the program, along with a 3-ring binder that contains the participant materials and homework assignments.
You will be placed in a team of either 4 or 6 people and will, as a team, work through the case studies and homework assignment that are paced to match the chapters of “First Break All the Rules“. The time needed outside of the classroom will not be extreme.
Dr. Graham will use Customer Response Remotes so that you can answer questions anonymously during the sessions.
