Michael Green is currently a Senior Project Manager with Spirit Aerosystems, Inc. His management experience spans all facets of IT Project Management including Data Center, CRM, ERP, and Manufacturing implementations. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. He has successfully managed numerous global projects for many familiar companies including FoxMeyer Drug Company, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Koch Industries, and Spirit Aerosystems, Inc.

Michael brings twenty-five plus years of hands on Project Management experience to the class. He has an extensive understanding of all aspects of the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework, with expertise in Risk and Earned Value Management. His broad experience allows for insight to a wide range of actual Risk Assessment scenarios.
