The Supervisor Certificate has been designed specifically to strengthen and develop the skills you need to do your job right.  Each session of the Supervisor Certificate focuses on the unique challenges you face every day and offers solutions to help you achieve your goal of being a successful supervisor.  Nobody in your organization has a more immediate impact on productivity and performance than you!

Who should attend?

  • Employees soon to be promoted to a supervisory position.

“The Blake & Mouton’s Managerial Grid was like looking into a mirror that reflects how my Employees and Company look at me.  It has made me think hard on how I approach my job and staff.”
Joseph Jones, ThyssenKrupp Aerospace, Park City, KS

“This was very helpful to me – it’s amazing how many things you can be doing wrong without even knowing it.”
Kim Underwood, Cattle Empire, Satanta, KS
